In 2002 Parrish founded Sidekicks Flexible Business Resources to serve the growing demand for freelance executive support and small business marketing communications.

Prior to establishing Sidekicks FBR Parrish spent five years with a boutique investment bank in Executive and Board support roles. Within the financial services industry, Parrish has developed and successfully implemented marketing plans and strategies, and worked as a member of the marketing team on Australian Private Capital Raising's & IPO’s.

Parrish holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University and is married with two children.
